Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 28 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn/used and in good condition.
If you receive your item(s) and find it is faulty you are also eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note to be eligible for your returns or exchange you must return your item within 28 days of dispatch. Please DO NOT return your item(s) after 28 days.

Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are a small business so unfortunately are unable to cover this cost.

You'll be pleased to know that if you need to exchange for a different size or a non faulty item(s) you will not need to pay postage again on the new item(s) we dispatch.

Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Sadly we are not responsible if your item(s) is lost in the post. If you are shipping an item(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will need to contact your shipping provider to claim compensation for your loss.
If this is the case you do not need to contact us first.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment.

If you receive a refund the original shipping cost will not be refunded.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of obtaining confirmation your refund is approved, please check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
